Pezzorgna Armando srl otherwise known as  PA (Packing Automation) situated near Mantua, Italy has recently received a large order for four completely automatic packing lines for an important Brazilian customer situated near San Paolo.  

The investment has been made in order to streamline the plant and reduce the number of operators in the packing department as well a sto improve the overall aspect of the finished packs.

These four new packing lines will include full automation on all machines. The main machines to be supplied include four spiaral wrapping machines of the latest generation “F.A.2” for sub-bundles up to 200 mm wide, four automatic taping machines and four automatic bundle stackers to produce bundles weighing up to 2000 kg. As an added feature, the sub-bundles can be weighed before being packed and taped together using top taping machines.

Each line is able to handle up to approximately 5000 kgs of profiles every hour according to the product mix with just two operators on each line which will make it the most modern and efficient packing line in South America.
